If you receive a product that is damaged or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll do everything in our power to make it right. In the event of a packaging defect, please send a photo to us at so we can ensure that we fix the problem for future customers.

We pride ourselves in being a skin care company that is transparent with ingredients used and product information to help you make the best purchases possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product. Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a store credit.
